You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the marketplace. The Cars4you name, software and design are protected and may not be used without our permission.

8. Our role and disclaimers

We do not verify the condition, legality, ownership or availability of any vehicle and are not responsible for transactions between users. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
